CanChem operates seven high-risk process platforms — hydrogenation, amination, Grignard, oxidation, alkylation, diazotization, and sulfonation — all under full DCS control with safety systems built to international standards. Every line is designed for containment and precision from day one.
Automated Production Platform
Our workshops run on gravity-flow design integrated with DCS, SIS, and BATCH systems — certified to SIL-2 safety levels. Fully modular piping, closed-loop process control, and high-precision automated metering allow rapid product changeover with minimal operator exposure. OEB4/OEB5 containment is standard for high-potency and cytotoxic compounds.
Equipment & Process Platform
CanChem covers the full temperature range — high-temperature reactors up to 150°C, cryogenic platforms down to −80°C — alongside high-vacuum systems (50 Pa), resin adsorption recovery, and OEB4/5 high-potency production lines. Reactor volumes span 10 L to 10,000 L in titanium, stainless steel, glass-lined steel, and borosilicate glass. Drying, milling, and separation modules handle everything from cone dryers to jet mills, enabling multi-batch, multi-product manufacturing on a single site.
